Insurance is for everyone
Insurance should be easy to access - one tap inside the journeys people already use, not a separate errand on a separate website.
About Yasmina
Yasmina is Saudi Arabia's first approved embedded insurance platform. We are not an insurance company - we are the infrastructure between platforms and licensed insurers, so any business can offer real, regulated coverage inside its own experience and earn on every policy sold.
Insurance in the Kingdom was built around insurers, not around the moment of purchase. We saw where the market was heading: coverage distributed through the platforms where commerce already happens - and a regulated infrastructure layer that would have to be built underneath it.
We began where this industry must begin: with the regulator. Yasmina secured the Saudi Insurance Authority's broker approval, establishing the first licensed foundation for embedded insurance in the Kingdom.
We then assembled the supply side: more than fifteen licensed Saudi insurers integrated onto one platform, across motor, medical, property, travel and pet - every product underwritten, priced and issued through a single API.
The platforms followed. Automotive marketplaces, HR systems, property portals, travel and retail platforms embedded insurance into their own journeys - and opened a revenue line on every policy sold.
With the regulatory, supply and demand foundations in place, Yasmina is now entering its growth phase: scaling categories, deepening insurer capacity, and expanding the platforms it serves across the Kingdom.
Insurance should be easy to access - one tap inside the journeys people already use, not a separate errand on a separate website.
We should all benefit from insurance, not only the insurance companies. Our partners share the revenue on every policy sold.
We built the Insurance Authority-approved foundation before the product. Partners inherit compliance instead of carrying it.

Founders
Masoud and Bashar started Yasmina with a simple observation: insurance in the Kingdom worked for insurers, not for the moment people actually need it. So they did the unglamorous part first - the regulator, the insurers, the infrastructure - before writing a single landing page.
They still review journeys together, still answer partner questions personally, and still believe the best insurance experience is the one you barely notice.
Decisions live in documents, not in meetings. If it matters, it has a page someone can read tomorrow.
The sandbox-to-live promise applies to us too. Small releases, constantly - momentum is a cultural value.
We sell a product famous for fine print. Internally and externally, we say things simply or not at all.
The regulated foundation is the product. Getting it right is treated like design, not paperwork.
Everyone runs something end to end. Titles are thin; responsibility is thick.
Riyadh, London, and everywhere the work took us.
