About the role
Yasmina is the licensed layer between platforms and 15+ insurers. You make that layer dependable: policy lifecycle operations, insurer reconciliation, claims escalations, and the compliance work that keeps our Insurance Authority approval spotless.
What you'll do
- Run day-to-day policy operations across insurer partners
- Handle claims escalations so end-customers get regulated outcomes
- Prepare compliance reporting for the Insurance Authority
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in insurance operations, underwriting support or claims
- Familiarity with Saudi insurance regulation
- Fluent Arabic and English
Nice to have
- Experience at an insurtech or TPA
